Pretty sad weekend for me.  The family I lost carried on without me.  I wonder if I was missed....

Me and E got in a 2 mile walk this morning.

2 mile walk yesterday and 4 mile run with Ellie this morning.

Samwell

Samwell and I had a nice easy 5 miler at Townlake this morning and Ellie and I had an early half miler and a later morning half miler!!

3 miles in the hood with Ellie and then some exercising.....

nice weather

Not a great nights sleep so didn't feel much like running this morning, but Ellie and I did get in 2 separate 1 mile walks, so the nice weather this morning wasted completely wasted.

happy kid

Me and Ellie got in an abbreviated Kens yesterday for 4 miles and 3 more in the 'hood this morning.  She sure is a happy kid when we get out for some activity!!  I guess I am too!!

No rain this morning was a nice surprise which enabled Ellie and I to get in our one mile walk!
