Another 2.5 miles this morning.  We did a half mile loop with all 4 dogs and then one mile with Cindy and Ellie and then one mile solo.  My solo mile was 11 minutes.

Rick

Today is the 13th anniversary of our dear friend Rick's death.  He drowned in Barton Creek in a flash flood during a Friday night run.  To this day I wear some sort of garment he gave me, namelt socks.  I'm very thankful to have that daily reminder of him.  We ran a ton of miles together and had some great times along the way. 

Thursday

We did an easy 3 miles in the hood this morning in 56 minutes.  It's slow but it's a start for us.

Tuesday

Me and Cindy and Ellie did an easy 2 mile run/ walk this morning.

Ken's

3 miles with Ellie at Ken's yesterday.  I planned on going farther but E got a bit overheated even though it felt cool to me.  I'm going to bring her water with me from now on regardless of the outside temp.

Ellie

Me and Ellie got in 2 miles this morning.  She sure loves getting out for some activity!!

Rudy's

Justin, Ellie and I did Rudy's this morning.  It was a very nice, cool morning.  I was very pleased with the amount of actual running I was able to do.  Me and Justin had our typical great existential conversation.  Ellie did great and needs to drop a few pounds.  She was up to 44lbs at the vet earlier this week.  This was my first time doing Rudy's since late last March.
