The last 2 mornings I ran the 6 mile loop at McAllister Park in San Antonio. 2 really good runs. Got some good stuff worked out in my crazing fucked up head.

On a good roll. Halfway thru the month and I've already matched my number of August running days!!

I've decided what I'm doing for my 50th birthday. I'm gonna do a crazy scared straight with Misty's nephew Vincent. He's been having some disciplinary issues in school so I'm gonna have Erin meet Misty and I in Giddings. Erin will pass Vincent off to me right around the corner from the State School and a few minutes later he will be standing in the security unit where the worst teens in the state of Texas are held.
