7 mile loop at LBL in 1:13. Sluggish, didn't feel to good. Out of sync. We bailed out of Prickly Pear this weekend due to the shitty weather. I can take the cold OR the rain but together.......no thanks. I'll recoup some of the miles I would have had at the race but not all of them. Oh well....
