legs

Me and Shan got in a solid run this morning.  We did an easy 1 mile with Ellie for a warm up and then did another 6 in 1:06.   I'm fairly happy with that considering I did a pretty hard leg workout Tuesday evening.  The last mile was tough and I was definitely feeling the leg workout but I feel like I need to continue with it during the buildup period.
