Rick's Run

Yesterday Sam Voltaggio, Mark Lindsey and I ran 27 miles.  Jim Balthazar did the first 21 miles. Kelley Lightfoot and a friend Reenie probably did something over 20 miles and Diana Heynen did approximately 10.
45 mile week!!!
