I got in
5 miles at Ken's yesterday after work. I didn't feel so hot. I was still really sluggish from eating like crap all weekend and drinking too many beers Saturday evening. The 5 miles took me nearly 90 minutes. I could have pushed harder but decided to just take it easy and try and enjoy myself. I did my sit up program this morning and am planning on another 5 miles after work this evening.
