Ellie

 Ellie and I got in 3 miles this morning.  I was pleased she joined me.  The last two times I went out early in the morning she chose to stay in bed with Cindy and the other doggies.

Forest Ridge

I did 8 miles at Forest Ridge and St Ed's Park yesterday morning in 2:13.  That's pretty slow but I had a great time.

Monday

 3 miles in the hood this morning.  Ellie pulled a trick on me for the 2nd time this morning.  I'm ready to head our the door, call Ellie, put her collar on, turn around to do something and she's gone.  I look in the bedroom and the she's back in bed with Cindy and the other dogs.  BRAT!!

Barton Creek

Great outing in Barton Creek yesterday morning.  Me, Cindy and Ellie went down the hill of life to the Grotto and then back up the hill for 3 miles.  After getting Cindy and E back to the car I did 5 more miles.  I haven't pushed that far and that hard in a long, long time.  It felt great!!

Cindy

 Cindy and I did the Captex side of Forest Ridge yesterday afternoon.  Our time was 1:52 for the roughly 5 miles.

 Cindy and I walked all 4 dogs a half mile and then did a 2 mile run/walk with Ellie.  The plan is for a morning like this is for this to be a hard day for her and an easy day for me.  It worked great.
