Ellie
One mile walk in the 'hood with Ellie this morning. We took a different route than our Monday run so Ellie was all over the place sniffing like crazy, pretty darn cute!!

new place
I got the first week in my new place kicked off the right way. I got in 4 miles, 2 with Ellie. We had a good time in the early morning quiet and I think Ellie just about wore out her nose sniffing the entire new neighborhood.

life is nuts
Easy 2 mile run/ walk Ellie in the 'hood and then a slow 5 miles with Hero at Townlake. I guess one of these days I'll have a post that doesn't include the words slow or easy......hopefully. Anyway, it was great to get in some physical activity. The last few weeks I've been having to do a lot of different adult stuff that I haven't had to do in years. Life is nuts....
