Cindy and I did the Captex side of Forest Ridge yesterday afternoon. Our time was 1:52 for the roughly 5 miles.

Cindy and I walked all 4 dogs a half mile and then did a 2 mile run/walk with Ellie. The plan is for a morning like this is for this to be a hard day for her and an easy day for me. It worked great.

Me and Cindy hiked Ken's in 2:34 Saturday morning. We had a great time. It was a very nice fall morning.
